Who We Are

Mark Lawlor Auctioneers was established by Mark Lawlor who is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (M.I.P.A.V.) & Recognised European Valuer (R.E.V) in 2003. We’ve been helping people buy and sell property since this time. We are family run business with Mark Junior having recently returned home from Dublin; where he spent over six years working in the industry, to join the family business and expand it further. He has opened a second branch of the business in Cootehill. We don’t have the support of a brand or franchise name to bring us business so the only way we can prosper is by offering great service focused on having our clients needs at forefront of every decision we make.

We make all the strategic decisions ourselves. We are not subject to decisions made elsewhere by someone who perhaps doesn’t understand the local market. This also means we can respond quickly to change. You’ll get consistency every time you contact Mark Lawlor Auctioneers. We are smaller than our competitors but our commitment to get you the best result often goes beyond the typical nine to five day.
